Site Readiness Checklist

Level Ground

The trailer must be placed on a relatively flat, level surface. A slope greater than 3° side-to-side or front-to-back can prevent doors from closing properly, affect plumbing function, and create an unsafe environment for guests.

Tip: Gravel, asphalt, concrete, and packed dirt all work well.

Well Lit

Ensure the trailer location has adequate lighting, especially for evening and nighttime events. Our trailers include interior lighting, but the path leading to them should be clearly illuminated for guest safety and convenience.

Tip: String lights or portable LED stakes work great for outdoor events.

Accessible

The trailer placement must be reachable by guests of all mobility levels. Ensure there is a clear, smooth walking path free of obstacles, uneven terrain, or steps that could be a hazard. ADA-accessible stalls are available on our 6-stall trailers.

Tip: Position the trailer no more than 100 ft from the main event area.

Convenient Usage

Place the trailer in a location that is easy for guests to find but discreet enough not to disrupt the ambiance of your event. It should be close enough that guests are not inconvenienced, but not directly adjacent to food or dining areas.

Tip: Near a secondary entrance or along a side path is ideal.

Able to Be Pulled In/Out by Truck

Our delivery trucks and trailers require a clear, unobstructed path to reach and exit the placement area. The route must accommodate a large truck-and-trailer combination, including turns. Avoid locations with narrow gates, low-hanging branches, or tight corners that may block access.

  • Minimum pathway width: 12 feet
  • Minimum turning radius: 40 feet
  • Overhead clearance: at least 14 feet
Tip: Walk the delivery route before your event date to spot any obstructions.

Height Requirements

Verify overhead clearances along the entire delivery path and at the final placement location. Trees, power lines, awnings, tents, and low beams can all obstruct delivery. Our trailers stand approximately 13–14 feet tall when in transit.

  • Trailer height in transit: 13–14 feet
  • Check all overhead wires, branches, and tent structures
  • Confirm clearance at any gates, arches, or entry points
